Work Handling Systems
Higher blasting productivity can be achieved by getting the parts into and out of the blast room as fast as possible. Slow manual loading can hinder operations and cause unnecessary delays.
Blastechnik produce a variety of work handling equipment suitable for differing work pieces.
Work trolleys designed for loads up to 50 tonnes make handling even large heavy items a breeze. Trolleys are moved with below ground puller system that is controlled by the operator with a hand held pendant. If trolley re-positioning is required we have designed turntables that can rotate parts up to 50 tonnes.
Manually pushed trolleys can be used for easily transporting items up to 5 tonnes into the blastroom. Smaller and lighter items can be transported into the blast room with overhead monorail cranes.
The addition of a suitable work handling system will greatly increase production.
